FIRE SALAMANDER

The thought of having something to care for brings sunshine to my life.  I have a friend, Fred, who is an expert in Salamanders and so it was his interest that sparked one in me.  I am not sure if I am capable of having a Salamander or two, but I'm going to research and post my thoughts and concerns here. 

MARBLED SALAMANDER

These are the first Salamanders I found and these are real beauties.  It is hard to pick a favorite, but the Tiger Salamander is quite spectacular.   I am sure there must be numerous types.

TIGER SALAMANDER

Fred mentioned something about a semi aquatic system and so I guess that it where I will start my search.  You know I am inexperienced in this field for I thought you bought a tank and put a bowl of water in it for the Salamander...the word aquatic gave me pause as I realized I have a lot to learn.  Maybe I better look at a dog for a pet.
